It will be necessary to submit your completed Personal Information and History Packet and additional required documents upon the passing of the applicant’s written test and VPD Review Board. Your background process will not begin until all of these forms have been turned in.

    This is required for all positions and should be accomplished by you, on or before your VPD Review Board date. Results will be forwarded from Workforce Solutions to the City Human Resources Department who will then forward the scores to the Police Department Training and Recruitment Unit.
