The City of Victoria has put this page together to allow for one place for residents to go for information. The page will be updated as needed to include information about weather notices, water boil information, and more.

We need your help to conserve water -

  1. Shut off water faucets and spigots.
  2. If you have a leak, please call the City of Victoria at 485-3381 and we will turn your water off at the meter, no charge. Once you have fixed your leak, call the city back to turn on the meter.
  3. Water will be supplied to the south pressure plane beginning Friday morning. You may experience air in your lines and once the air is out, please shut off faucets and spigots.
  4. You may experience periods of low water pressure as we begin this operation of returning water to the distribution system.
