Downtown properties that are on the Historic Resources Survey of Victoria or are a minimum of 50 years old are eligible for the program. Property owners, or renters who have the property owner’s consent, can apply for the grant and view eligibility requirements at

A total of $50,000 will be distributed to qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants can apply for grants up to $10,000 and must fund 50% of the cost of the project.

The Victoria Main Street Program will host a workshop 2-3 p.m. Feb. 10 at 700 Main Center, Suite 205, to provide information and answer questions about the program.
