The City received more than 1,500 cases of water from the Texas Division of Emergency Management’s State Operations Center on Sunday and delivered 1,000 cases that same afternoon to the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent. More than 300 additional cases were delivered Sunday to local apartment complexes, including several from the Victoria Housing Authority, that are still without water due to plumbing issues and water line leaks or breaks.
