Program Volunteers help our staff during a program being held. The volunteer may help set up, clean up, and break down supplies, tables, and chairs. They are expected to provide program attendees with friendly assistance. Volunteers may be asked to offer attendees individual assistance during an event.
Program Preparation Volunteers at Victoria Public Library help prepare materials for youth and adult programs. Volunteers are asked to sort, organize and prepare materials according to directions. This may involve repetitive tasks like cutting, counting, tracing large quantities of materials and other creative assistance.
Library Materials Volunteers at Victoria Public Library assist staff in keeping our collection and materials clean. Duties include dusting and cleaning materials, and assembling library brochures.
