Join us for a fun creative or physical activity every Friday morning from 10 to 11am. We'll be offering a different activity each week, from coloring to chair yoga to arts and crafts. Come meet new people while enjoying a fun and engaging activity.
Come in to learn the basics of crocheting and practice basic crochet stitches. No previous experience is necessary. Crochet hooks and yarn will be supplied. If you already have a project started, come join us to meet new people that share your love of crafting! All ages starting at 6th grade and up are welcome to join.
Take a walk with us! During the Walk N Talk series, friends, family, and others from the community can come together to support one another in a fun, simple way. Walk N Talk is an 8-week series, each session lasts 45-60 minutes. Each week, a new fruit or vegetable will be featured after enjoying a walk with friends!

Each class you get tips on planning, shopping, and prepping meals that will help add balance to you eating, while allowing flexibility to enjoy your favorite foods.
