The Capital Improvement Project request form is used to solicit feedback from the public to determine what improvements residents would like to see in Victoria.

Duties

The Engineering Division functions as the City’s in-house engineering consultant. Duties of this division include:

  • Capital Improvement Design
  • Citizen Issue Resolution
  • Engineering Consultant Contracts
  • Franchise Utility Permitting and Inspection
  • Master Drainage Plan Administration
  • Miscellaneous Project Design (Streets and Drainage, Utilities, Parks)
  • Oil Well Permitting
  • Plat and Utility Grid Map Maintenance
  • Project Construction Administration and Inspection
  • Right-of-Way Permit Administration (driveway, sidewalk, etc.)
  • Street Inventory Maintenance
  • Subdivision Plan Review and Construction Inspection
  • Supervision and Administration of Construction Projects
