Victoria Transit is operated by the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC) and operates within the City of Victoria. GCRPC also operates Golden Crescent Transit (Rural), a curb-to-curb transportation service in its Rural Transit District (RTD), serving the surrounding counties of Victoria, Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Lavaca, and Matagorda.
