City of Victoria Public Works utility maintenance workers Joshua Blackman, Mark Gaytan, Timothy Leary, Reynaldo Trevino and Thomas Turner recently earned their Class D water operator licenses from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The Class D license is an occupational license certifying that an individual has the necessary training and experience to perform process control duties in the production or distribution of drinking water. Blackman, Gaytan and Trevino joined the City of Victoria in 2022. Leary and Turner joined the City in 2023.
