All nonemergency offices at the City of Victoria will close Monday (Feb. 17) in observance of Presidents Day.
The Victoria Public Library will close early at 5 p.m.
Scheduled automated garbage, curbside recycling, yard waste and/or tree limbs will be collected Monday.
Riverside Golf Course will be open.
