The City of Victoria landfill and compost facility will be closed to the public June 12 due to heavy overnight rainfall.
Trash and recycling pickup will continue, although delays are possible due to the weather.
Residents who need help locating carts that have been displaced by flooding can call Solid Waste at 361-485-3220 to verify their cart number.
Bulky trash pickups will continue but may be delayed until tomorrow.
