Who to contact depends on where the vehicle is stored.

Stored Vehicles on a Public Street

If the vehicle is being stored on a public street then you may contact the Police Department in two ways:

• Call our non-emergency number at 361-573-3221 to have an officer respond. These calls are prioritized and response may be delayed.
• Place a Customer Service Request through the City website.

Junked Vehicles on Private Property

• Contact the City of Victoria Code Enforcement Office; call 361-485-3330 or visit the Code Enforcement page.
• Place a Customer Service Request through the City website.
