• For potholes, traffic signal outages, junk vehicles and other similar issues, please use SeeClickFix to submit your service request.
  • If you choose to submit anonymously, you will not receive a response and your ticket cannot be tracked!

Requests with AEP

• For street light outages that are not traffic signals, please submit an Outage Report with AEP.
  • To report downed Power Lines or Telephone Poles, please submit a Safety Hazard Report with AEP.
