Suggest Item Purchase

DIGITAL MATERIALS- SUGGEST ITEM TO PURCHASE

When using some of our Digital Apps, you can suggest items to purchase via that App. Below are the steps to submit those in each specific app.

Libby- When searching for a Title in the Libby app if you cannot find it, you can click "Deep Search" at the bottom of the results to find more results.

If you find the Title you are looking for, in the right menu you have the option to "Notify Me" Click there & a submenu from the bottom will pull up. It asks you to add this title to your "Smart Tag: Notify Me" list. Click the Golden Bell to do so.

Now it returns you to your search results again, but next to the title you suggested it now shows the Golden Bell. This means that the library your using will be notified that you recommended this title & if they purchase it, you will get a notification that it has been added to the digital library.

cloudLibrary- When you can't find a Title you're looking for on the cloudLibrary App, you can suggest materials for the Library to purchase. First you have to Turn On "Suggestions for library" in your app filter settings.

In your cloudLibrary App- click on the search button, once you have searched the collection and cannot find the Title you want, click the Filter icon in the top right corner, under "Availability" click the "Suggestions for library" option to turn it on. Now your search will show items you can suggest for the library to purchase.
