Citizens Academy 2026 Application

Only online applications will be accepted. All fields must be completed. Information provided will remain confidential. 

Requirements

Applicants must be 19 years of age or older, a City of Victoria resident, and must pass a background check. 

Additional Details

• As part of the background check, you will receive a call from the Victoria Police Department for additional information.
• Notification of selected participants will be verified via email.
• Participants should attend each session.
• Space is limited to 20 participants.
