Pre-application Conference

Applicants must meet with Development Services Staff prior to submittal of a preliminary plat. The purpose of the pre-application conference is to discuss the owner/developer’s intentions for the development, and the preliminary features of the site.

Single Family Homes or Duplexes

Developers of single family homes or duplexes may be exempt from this conference, subdivisions will still be required to participate.
