Wanda is responsible for designing, coordinating, administering, and implementing various human resources programs such as compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations to effectively manage, retain and develop City of Victoria’s team of employees. Wanda also works closely with the Director of Human Resources and other members of the Human Resources department and City departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the City’s payroll processing and application of city’s benefit programs. In her spare time, she enjoys the involvement with her grandchildren and the adventures of traveling.
Brian is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the City's safety program in a way that reduces or eliminates occupational injuries, illnesses, and liability claims to the City. Including developing and implementing a safety program that encourages a proactive safety culture to include policies, training, and safety assessments. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing.
Katelyn is responsible for processing our organization’s payroll, assisting and advising employees on insurance and benefits programs, and supporting the Human Resources manager in coordinating and performing various human resources programs such as compensation, benefits, talent & acquisition, and performance management.
Hannah oversees the daily functions of the Human Resources department. Hannah performs tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; corrective action matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and employee morale; and occupational health and safety.
