The Victoria MPO is proposing amendments to the FY 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The FY 2025-2028 TIP is a four-year transportation program that identifies all federally funded priority roadway and transit projects within the Victoria MPO’s planning area for the period from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2028.
The proposed amendments to the Victoria MPO’s FY 2025-2028 TIP will be available for citizen review and comment starting Tuesday, March 3, 2026, and will conclude on Friday, March 13, 2026. A public hearing on the proposed amendments, as required by the MPO’s Public Participation Plan (PPP), will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 205, 702 N. Main St, Victoria, Texas. All interested parties are encouraged to attend or submit comments.

Due to fiscal constraints, the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission (GCRPC) is intending to enact a reduction of services on March 3, 2025. The service reduction will include the following:
