E-Court Appearance allows defendants to dispose of eligible cases (see the following eligibility requirements) via a video conference with the judge through the use of Zoom either on your computer or mobile device. The City of Victoria Municipal Court hosts outreach dockets in the community as an additional way to provide assistance to those who may have active warrants or past due citations with the City of Victoria Municipal Court. You may find out if you are eligible by pulling up your information online at www.covcourt.com. You may appear to resolve matters without fear of arrest. No appointment is necessary.
All cases are now set for in-person dockets. If you would like to appear for your docket through the E-Court platform, you must notify the court that you are choosing to appear remotely instead of in-person. You may attend remotely by contact the court to obtain the remote session log-in information.
