Our online court record search system can assist you in accessing Municipal Court records for information such as upcoming dockets, upcoming court dates, final case dispositions or fines and fees due. Please note: Any citations with a final disposition of 5 years old or older is no longer available.

The City of Victoria Municipal Court offers E-Court Appearances. E-Court Appearance allows defendants to dispose of eligible cases via a video conference with the judge through the use of Zoom either on your computer or mobile device. You can access court proceedings via live stream on Youtube. Please click here to access the live streaming of court sessions.

Deferred Disposition: If eligible, your citation may be able to request a 90-day deferred disposition. For details regarding eligibility, please visit our Deferred Disposition page by clicking on this link.
30-Day Extension Request: A 30-day extension request allows you to pay a partial payment of $50.00 upfront and the balance will be due in 30 days. You may request a 30-day extension through our payment portal by clicking on this link. Please note: certain violations or status types may not be eligible for a 30-day extension.
Pay in Full: You may pay your citation online in full by clicking on this link. Please note: if you are under the age of 18 years of age at the time you received the citation, you will not be eligible pay your citation online.
Payment Plan: If you are already set up on an existing payment plan, you may make your partial payments online by clicking on this link. If you are not set up on a monthly payment plan, please contact the court to find out information about payment plans at(361) 485-3050 or courtclerk@victoriatx.gov. You may also text a court clerk at (361) 210-3600.
Please note: payments made through the online payment portal are subject to additional fees. There is a 3% credit card processing fee and a $1-$3.50 technology fee based on the type of payment or process requested online. The court does not accept American Express.
Jury Duty for the City of Victoria Municipal Court is scheduled for March 12, 2026. The online juror portal will be made available when jury summons have been sent out for the next date and time.
