District 2 - Steven Kidder

Steven Kidder is the City Council representative for District 2. He is a private practice attorney; prior to his current role, he served as the City of Victoria Municipal Court judge. He earned his bachelor’s degree in government/political science from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and his doctorate in law from the University of Houston Law Center in 1987, and he was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1987.
