On February 6, 2024, the City of Victoria adopted a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) replacing Chapter 21 in its entirety and deleting Chapters 5, 9.5, 12, and Article VI of Chapter 20 in their entirety of the City of Victoria's Code of Ordinances.
The Unified Development Ordinance became effective February 16, 2024.
On January 6, 2026, the City of Victoria amended the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
The Unified Development Ordinance amendments become effective January 30, 2026.
